Meditation

I now offer online meditation classes on (most) Wednesday evenings.  Please contact me if you would like further information.

Our meditation practice is as individual as each one of us.  Some people run or make art, some knit or sing, some cook or garden, some connect with nature, some sit quietly observing what arises.  There is no right or wrong way and in this series of sessions, I will offer many different ways to begin to connect with that which is greater than ourselves, whatever that means to each of us.  

Dates and time

These will be on (most) Wednesday evenings.  We will meet at 7.00pm for up to 45 minutes; sometimes shorter, but not longer.   You can come as frequently or infrequently as you like.

The next block of four sessions will be in March 11th, 18th, 25th and April 1st. 

Overview

You don't need to be an experienced meditator. I will provide guidance, and a focus for our study and practice each week.  Rather than get into discussions after meditating,  I welcome emails between sessions if you want to ask questions, raise concerns or make observations regarding our practice.  

We'll be on zoom and all participants will be muted so background noise disturbance will be minimised.  If technology allows, I encourage you to have your video on at least at the beginning and the end so we can see each other.  Please don't record the sessions.  I hope that we can use the same zoom link each time.  

The general format will be:
    Welcome and settling
    Some input from me 
    Time together meditating
    Time to come out of meditation

    Reminder of next meeting date and farewell. 

Payment

I am asking for £5.00 per session, payable by BACS.
