Meditation
I now offer online meditation classes on (most) Wednesday evenings. Please contact me if you would like further information.
Dates and time
These will be on (most) Wednesday evenings. We will meet at 7.00pm for up to 45 minutes; sometimes shorter, but not longer. You can come as frequently or infrequently as you like.
The first set of three sessions will be in February 2026: 11th, 18th, 25th.
Overview
You don't need to be an experienced meditator. I will provide guidance, and a focus for our study and practice each week. Rather than get into discussions after meditating, I welcome emails between sessions if you want to ask questions, raise concerns or make observations regarding our practice.
We'll be on zoom and all participants will be muted so background noise disturbance will be minimised. If technology allows, I encourage you to have your video on at least at the beginning and the end so we can see each other. Please don't record the sessions. I hope that we can use the same zoom link each time.

Payment
I am asking for £5.00 per session, payable by BACS.
